Paige Garwood: I am a man on a journey. In April of this year (2011), I finally realized that I was doing great damage to myself by not eating properly and by not exercising. I weighed 253 lbs, and was tired all the time and tremendously weak. I could not do a single solitary pushup. This blog documents my journey from that point to this. I have become a BeachBody coach and would love to tell you more about my experiences, if this blog does not provide enough information.
